May has 10 years' experience of providing one-to-one play therapy interventions for people aged 2-80 with a range of emotional and behavioural problems, including withdrawn behaviour, selective mutism, low self-concept, conduct disorder or aggression, autism, ADHD, intellectual, reading, physical or learning disabilities, speech or language problems, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, divorce, sexual abuse and domestic violence, depression, self-harm or suicidal behaviour, with a high 95% success rate of 24-78 play therapy interventions.

May has 10 years experience of providing Play Therapy Parenting Training to teachers, parents in K-12 schools and health and social care workers to help them master the basic skills and science of Play Therapy to set and enforce boundaries for children to build their choices and responsibilities, to tune into children's emotions to gain insight into their behaviour; to help children express their emotions in healthy ways; to explore the real needs behind them in a neuroscientific way; to communicate their feelings, thoughts and needs to others in an assertive way; and finally to meet those needs creatively in a win-win way so that they can grow up confident, happy and healthy.

Clinical Supervision in Groups and One-to-One 小組和一對一的臨床督導
May is a provisional clinical supervisor and supervises psychologists, counsellors, family therapists, creative arts therapists and play therapists. Creative clinical supervision, unlike management supervision, is designed to help supervisees become more effective in helping others through the use of play and creative media. The role of the clinical supervisor is to provide support and advice on issues that arise in the therapist's clinical work. These may be issues of therapeutic technique, therapeutic relationships, difficult problems, ethical decisions or issues that affect the therapist personally as a result of the therapeutic process.
