Albert Einstein
May has 10 years experience of providing Play Therapy Parenting Training to teachers, parents in K-12 schools and health and social care workers to help them master the basic skills and science of Play Therapy to set and enforce boundaries for children to build their choices and responsibilities, to tune into children's emotions to gain insight into their behaviour; to help children express their emotions in healthy ways; to explore the real needs behind them in a neuroscientific way; to communicate their feelings, thoughts and needs to others in an assertive way; and finally to meet those needs creatively in a win-win way so that they can grow up confident, happy and healthy.
This is a hybrid structure - 8 sessions (1 on-site session and 7 online sessions of 1.5 hours each).
I found that creative media made it easy for young people to share their problems in a natural way, and I learned a scientific approach that led them step by step to solve their problems.

These boundaries were very practical and helped me to identify the owner of the problem in these conflicts with my child and also taught him to take responsibility for his own problems.
~ Father of a 10 year old
Reflective communication skills have enabled my child to not only feel emotionally accepted and understood by me, but as a result, he has resolved emotional issues, increased his self-esteem and has a more harmonious parent-child relationship.
